Originated by William Forster Lloyd in his 1833 book about population, the term “tragedy of the commons” was popularized by Garret Hardin’s essay in a 1968 issue of Science. However the concept is likely as old as the advent of the “ruling elite” itself.
Political Ponerology: A science on the nature of evil adjusted for political purposes, a book written by Andrew M. Lobaczewski in communist Poland and suppressed by the likes of Zbigniew Brzezinski and the Vatican, discusses the origin and actions of a ‘pathocracy‘, or rule by a pathological elite. Why is this material important? Lobaczewski explains that the general population, naively believing
that their leaders are basically working for the good of all, tends to
avoid knowledge of the horrific, cruel and bloody legacy of the elite,
and are therefore in danger of being misled on a grand scale. He
suggests, “Understanding
the nature of macro-social pathology helps us to find a healthy
attitude and thus protects our minds from being controlled or poisoned
by the diseased contents and influence of their propaganda.” Know thine enemy, so to speak. Laura Knight-Jadczyk has written extensively on the subject and continues her research on her blogs.
Lobaczewski’s work is directly applicable to the mountain of material available to the public on the subject of intentional depopulation, which was the impetus of my research. As disturbing and disheartening as the idea may be, ignorance of the various methods currently employed leaves the masses at risk of falling prey to their machinations. Therefore in true Surfing the Tao fashion, I recommend independent research and then plenty of positive reinforcement in its aftermath, such as my simple mantra. Wisdom, not worry; preparation, not panic.
The powers-that-be would have us believe we are facing a Malthusian catastophe with regards to population versus resources. Whether that is really true is beside the point; killing us softly is not the appropriate response, although it fits in nicely with the concept of pathocracy. Regardless of the extent of our ‘dumbing-down‘, most people can still comprehend an issue of that magnitude and come together for a compassionate solution. However the ruling elite are too wrapped up in their madness and quest for wealth and ultimate power to change their ways. Zbigniew Brzezinski is infamous for his outspoken opinions on the subject; Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, Brent Scowcroft, Edmund de Rothschild and others are also powerful culprits. Former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara (whose middle name incidentally is “Strange”), is reported to have said that the “population crisis” is a greater threat to U.S. national security interests than “nuclear annihilation.” Ironic considering nuclear holocaust is likely one of their most powerful weapons in the depopulation arsenal.
Population control is favored at the U.N. and among “humanists” as wisdom for our future. Even if you don’t go the “conspiracy” route, one can be sure they are likely working on alternative and less public methods to achieve it. The fact that our government has performed extensive human biological experimentation is no longer a secret, and should open some eyes and ears to other similar possibilities. The recent disclosure of the “CIA’s Family Jewels” is likely just the tip of the iceberg in terms of illegal activities. From the terrifying reality of eugenics to fluoride in our toothpaste, chemicals in our food, water, and skies, vaccines, corrupt research into cancer and other diseases, not to mention war, poverty, hunger and natural disasters (weather modification being an interesting offshoot of this), it’s easy to understand why some loudly declare that, “Yes, they do wish to kill us!”
If the depopulation agenda continues, the powers-that-be may find themselves having to answer to China and the Vatican; however, this is probably a ruse, these other parties simply playing the roles of naysayers in their little game of Hegelian dialectic. Pay attention to organizations like the Club of Rome, whose bizarre politics underly the global elitist agenda, and PopulationConnection.org (formerly known as Zero Population Growth), which some accuse of being part of the propaganda machine.
The
real tragedy of the commons is the continued naivete and ignorance of
the masses in terms of what their governments are really up to. By
continuing to wallow in the Hardinian taboo,
we are allowing our pathocratical leaders to decide these issues for us. I
encourage all readers to do a little research of their own. I believe
the Earth, if used correctly and in harmony with its natural resources,
could sustain our present population and more; perhaps if we lived in
tune with it, our population numbers would harmonize naturally. We have
the technology, if not the compassion and generosity of spirit. However
there is no doubt that the emerging order will have a much more
difficult time completely controlling multiple billions of souls,
especially those “useless eaters” not part of their Monkeysphere; their ideal is more like 500 million, and we can be sure that this goal is at the forefront of their agendas, one way or another.

From The Plan to Disappear Canada by Murray Dobbin, “If the machinations going on in this country regarding so-called "deep integration" were instead a communist conspiracy to take over the country (you will, of course, have to try hard to imagine this) the news media would be blaring the story.
Pundits would pontificate, editorialists would erupt, security forces would be unleashed.
Instead, a virtual conspiracy to make the country disappear through assimilation into the U.S. gets barely a mention.
But news of the scheme -- formally called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) -- is finally breaking out of the secret chambers of the ruling elite and the federal government. This is both good news and bad. It's good that ordinary citizens are finally getting a glimpse of the betrayal of their country. The news is bad because it reflects just how much of this scheme is already being implemented. “
Mr. Dobbin goes on to summarize the main points of the arrangements in the works. Our government claims the agreement is still ‘informal’ (White House spokesman Tony Snow called the NAU a ’myth’), but others insist it was signed without our approval on March 23, 2005 in Waco, Texas by President George W. Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin and Mexican President Vicente Fox. From Robert Pastor at the CFR, “The main recommendation of the Task Force is the creation, by 2010 at the latest, of a North American security and economic community whose boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter". Indeed, over 300 agencies are already ‘harmonizing’ regulations of such things as energy, taxes, tariffs, and pesticides, many of which were originally part of NAFTA and are now being ‘fast-tracked’ by the SPP initiative. Even a trilateral open skies initiative has been discussed. (Incidentally, the US and the EU are also ‘harmonizing’ regulations.) Security concerns have always topped the list of justifications for integration. At least one NAFTA superhighway is also in the works (with new RFID tracking technology), even though fourteen states have petitioned Congress to abandon the SPP.
Secretive summits have been held as critics declare an elitist corporate agenda works out the details of their scheme away from prying eyes. Indeed they may have good reason: outspoken critics include Lou Dobbs, Rep. Ron Paul, Rep. Virgil Good (R-Va), and Connie Fogal of the Canadian Action Party, and there are plans to protest the next meeting of the SPP on August 21-22nd in Montebello, Quebec. Opponents from both Canada and the US are up in arms over the potential loss of sovereignty. Others go further, claiming the plans are an act of treason or sedition. At least two other recent acts, the National Defense Authorization Act of 2007(NDAA), which gives the President dictatorial powers in the case of ‘public emergency’, and the Military Commissions Act which suspended habeas corpus in 2006, have been linked to the plans by some opponents. Proponents insist there are no plans to undermine the US Constitution or create a unified currency, but others maintain these issues will likely be addressed eventually, and probably already have been behind closed doors. Immigration will certainly play a major role in the decision-making process; some wonder if the issue is being used as a diversion, or a “mechanism for achieving the globalists’ NAU goal”. From WorldNetDaily.com, “WASHINGTON -- The controversial 'Secure Borders, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Reform Act of 2007,' which would grant millions of illegal aliens the right to stay in the U.S. under certain conditions, contains provisions for the acceleration of the Security and Prosperity Partnership, a plan for North American economic and defense integration, WND has learned." Attaching such an emotional and controversial issue to the globalization agenda is a cleverly sinister way to achieve their eventual goals of a New World Order.
